Full interior renovations where the whole house is taken on at once instead of one room at a time.
Taking a whole house at once is cheaper per room than taking it one room at a time, and the reason is sequencing. Flooring goes in once instead of four times. The trades come once. Dust and disruption happen in a single stretch rather than every spring for six years.
It also removes the problem that makes phased remodels look wrong: a kitchen finished in 2026 next to a hallway finished in 2019 rarely reads as one house. Doing the interior as one program means the flooring, the trim profile, the door hardware and the paint are one set of decisions.
This is the work we do most often on the 1950s and 1960s ranch stock across the inner metro, where the bones are good, the rooms are closed off from each other, and the finishes have been through several partial updates that never agreed with each other.
