Edmond is largely newer construction, and newer construction changes what a remodel is. The floor plan is usually already open, so the work is not knocking down walls. It is replacing the finishes that were value engineered out of the original build: builder grade cabinets, a laminate countertop, hollow core doors and lighting that was specified to a budget rather than a room.

Those projects are finish driven, which makes them unforgiving. When the layout is not changing, the only thing an owner sees is the quality of the cabinet, the countertop seam and the trim. Edmond work gets scoped around that.
